Community Access Program (CAP) |
The Haliburton CAP (Community Access Program) has been in operation since 1999. The purpose of this Industry Canada sponsored program is to provide public access to the internet and increase computer literacy across Canada. |
Currently, public internet access sites can be found at all library branches across Haliburton County as well as in the County Administrative building in Minden. |
All of the Haliburton CAP sites are equipped with high speed Internet access. |
