The construction work includes but is not limited to the following:
• Remove loose rocks/boulders adjacent to existing concrete footings;
• Prepare existing footings and form and place new concrete cap along entire footing length;
• Complete concrete rehabilitations on deteriorated concrete in the culvert barrel;
• Repair cracks in the culvert barrel;
