Notice Of Complete Application
Concerning a Proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision And Common Element Condominium
File No. 46-T-25001 and 46-CE-25001
(Lands of 2463756 Ontario Inc.)

The County of Haliburton has received complete applications for a draft plan of subdivision and condominium and is providing notice in accordance with Section 51 (19.1) and (19.4) of the Planning Act.

Location:

The lands subject to the application are described legally as Part of Lots 27 through 31, Concession 8, Part of Lots 27 and 28, Concession 9, and Part of Lot 27, Concessions 10 and 11, in the Geographic Township of Harcourt (Municipality of Dysart et al).

Purpose and Effect of The Applications:

The draft plan of subdivision proposes to create 25 residential and 38 waterfront residential lots (63 lots total), 2 blocks (including a waterfront access block), and a common element condominium roadway.

Appeals:

If a person or public body would otherwise have the ability to appeal the decision of the County of Haliburton but does not make written submissions to the County of Haliburton in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal.

If a person or public body does not make written submissions to The County of Haliburton in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the County of Haliburton gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

Concurrent Applications:

A concurrent local official plan amendment (File No. D08-OP-2025-001) was refused by the Municipality of Dysart et al Council and is currently subject to an appeal with the Ontario Land Tribunal (File No. OLT-25-000818).
