You can apply for a new or replacement 911 addressing sign via the Permit Central App.
If your street name sign is missing please complete a missing sign form.

Sign Maintenance
Your 911 civic address sign quickly alerts emergency responders to your civic address. Sign maintenance is your responsibility.
- Keep snow, brush and anything else from obstructing either side of your sign.
- Repair damaged or knocked down signs quickly.
- Apply for a replacement if your sign is missing or damaged beyond repair. You may put up a temporary sign until a replacement can be installed.
