Adopt-A-Road Program

The adopt-a-road program helps keep our roadways clean. If you or your group would like to volunteer by picking up litter along county roadside ditches complete an adopt-a-road application form. The form can be obtained by contacting:

Volunteer Requirements

  • Pick up twice per year with a three year commitment.
  • Schedule pick-ups between April 15 and October 31 during daylight hours.

County Responsibilities

  • Provide adopt-a-road signage at the beginning and end of your section.
  • Provide garbage bags, tags and safety vests.
  • Pick-up of large items, bags of recycling and garbage.
