CSWB Community Survey

Welcome and thank you for your interest in completing the Community Safety and Well-Being survey for Haliburton County.

This survey is hosted by the County on behalf of Algonquin Highlands, Highlands East, Dysart et al, and Minden Hills, as part of the Community Safety and Well-Being Plan review and update. This survey will help us understand the current state of well-being and feelings of safety across the County. It will be open from July 27, 2026, and close on September 11, 2026.

Respondents who provide an email or phone number will be entered into a raffle to win 1 of 10 $25 President’s Choice gift cards.

This survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. We will ask you questions about your experiences, perceptions, and priorities for the following topics:

Crime and Safety
Employment
Health
Housing
Education
Neighbourhood and Community Supports

Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and you can refuse to participate or withdraw from the survey at any time simply by stopping the survey. Once you have submitted the survey, you will not be able to withdraw your responses, since they are not linked to individual respondents.

Your responses will be kept anonymous and confidential by grouping responses together and by removing any identifying information.

By completing and submitting this survey, you are providing your consent for participation.
